Key requirements

Diesel Mechanical Engineering qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office
A working knowledge of diesel generators, diesel engines monitoring and controllers such as DeepSea Electronics (DES), Datakom
Familiar with telecommunications industry
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
People management skills

Key functions

Effectively manage branch operations i.e deployment, refueling, collections and servicing
Continually monitor, measure and improve equipment performance and processes improvement
Forecast and budget resource to satisfy forecasts
Advise Branch manager of changes in available work vs. staffing levels
Ensure jobs are processed and billed on a daily basis
Build, maintain an environment characterized by high productivity and high staff morale
