Job Description

Conduct user research to understand customer needs.



Design end-to-end service journeys, aligning user and business goals.



Create user stories and acceptance criteria.



Plan and execute user testing.



Collaborate across teams to meet business and technical requirements.



Maintain design documentation and systems.



Mentor and coach teams on service design practices.



Tertiary diploma/degree



Expertise in human-centred design and design thinking.



Proficient with tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.



Experienced in user research and analysis.



Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.



Happy to travel locally within South Africaand internationally



Between 7 - 10 Years
