Senior SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant (Contract) Gauteng/Hybrid
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant to join a high-performing SAP delivery team. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimising SAP PP solutions across complex manufacturing environments.
The ideal candidate has strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders.
Assignment:

• Contract role for approximately 3-4 months.
• To start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP PP implementations and rollouts
• Gather and translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Configure SAP PP modules, including:

• MRP
• Capacity Planning
• Demand Management
• Shop Floor Control
• Production Orders
• Integrate SAP PP with:

• MM
• SD
• QM
• PM
• Support testing cycles (UAT, SIT)
• Provide post-go-live support and optimisation
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements
• Mentor junior consultants
• Participate in workshops with business stakeholders
• Support S/4HANA projects and migrations (if applicable)

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years SAP PP consulting experience
• Multiple full lifecycle implementations
• Strong configuration expertise in SAP PP
• Manufacturing industry experience (highly advantageous)
• Solid understanding of MRP, BOMs, routings and work centres
• Experience with S/4HANA (preferred)
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent documentation and process mapping ability

Qualifications

• Relevant IT / Business qualification
• SAP PP Certification (advantageous)
