1. OVERVIEW: - The SNR SAP FICO Support specialist will be responsible for providing second and third level support processes in S/4 HANA to the SAP support centre and to the Regional Financial Controller of Africa, Australia, South America, and Canada.
- In addition, responsible for delivering high quality support to provide solutions to all FICO SAP activities based on its experience in SAP FICO configuration and data analysis.

3. QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Qualifications: - Matric xe2x80x93 National Senior Certificate - Preferred Accounting or IT Degree or Diploma equivalent - SAP Certified - S/4 Hana Experience

Work Experience: - 10 years of SAP experience plus at least 5 full cycle implementations - S/4 Hana Experience - Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency. Other languages are an advantage, such as French and Spanish
4. GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY: - Financial Perspective - Project and Support Tracking and Reporting on deviations. - Project and Support Risk and Issues Management - Logistics and planning coordination. - Operational Perspective - Design, implement and maintain SAP FICO modules using best practices. - Act as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO concepts - Provide second and third level support in SAP FICO area to Site Super User and End Users xe2x80x93 financial processes and integration to/from Finance in SAP and Master Data. - Identify gaps and issues and assist with solutions. - Determine complex business requirements (e.g., Functional and Technical, information needs, business processes) through information-gathering sessions. - Analyse information gathered, document business requirements and map to SAP business processes. - Configure FICO solutions xe2x80x93 Financial Accounting, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost and Profit Center accounting. - Functionality testing: knowledge of, and ability to use, testing methodologies, processes, and tools, including unit, integration, system, regression, and dry run testing. - Coordinate execution of project and support tasks in functional area. - Provide support for business applications or infrastructure to maintain productivity level. - Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. - Involved in on-going SAP global rollout. - Validate the report requirements. - Collaborate closely with Business decision makers and End Users. - Lead and provide Level 3 support to site super users and end users as required. - Provide support to the site finance teams to ensure delivery against performance targets. - Perform system changes and configuration. - Ensure PM and support documentation are kept up to date. - Maintain SAP copper documentation and templates and provide to template owners. - Business user training xe2x80x93 refresh business user training at least once in 6 months - Provide ad hoc informal training and upskilling to SMEs on relevant awareness requirements. - Collate and report on Comprehensive Incident management details. - Analyze and implement Process improvements as required. - SAP System monitoring related to Business Processes - Provide and implement SAP FICO bug fix solutions. - Collaborate and engage with global business process owners. - Execute and implement systems upgrades. - Provide support to Master Data Governance (MDG) - Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems. - Clear and concise communication with the Regional Financial Controller to ensure there is thorough understanding of the expectations. - Own master data xe2x80x93 be part of MDG program. Review quality data time to time. - Be informed of recent developments in the field of SAP FICO and ensure they are reviewed/adopted by the organization. - Collaborate with business decision makers and end users on queries and problem resolution.
