motivated and experienced Sales Manager

to help drive business growth and manage our expanding sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about customer relationships, and has a proven track record in

B2B sales and team leadership

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations of the sales team Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships Ensure accurate quoting, order handling, and customer follow-up Collaborate with production and design teams to meet customer expectations Monitor team performance and provide coaching where needed Manage inbound and outbound sales activities (calls, emails, online enquiries)

Requirements:

3-5 years of sales experience

, including time supervising or managing team members Exceptional

verbal and written communication skills

in English Strong

and commitment to delivering quality service Ability to

work well under pressure

and meet tight deadlines A proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on approach to sales Proven
