ROLE DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a Senior Sales Representative with a proven track record in FinTech and IT sectors to drive business development, nurture client relationships, and support our continued expansion

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FinTech and IT industries. Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building. Consult with potential clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored staffing or talent solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals with C-level executives and decision-makers. Collaborate closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction. Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide accurate forecasting. Represent Growth Resourcing at industry events, networking functions, and webinars.

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years selling into FinTech and/or IT sectors. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Consultative selling approach with an ability to understand client pain points and deliver value. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong business acumen.
