What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced and talented, strong negotiator with excellent customer service skills and able to handle conflict well. A good communicator who can read people well and be persuasive. Computer literate and able to reports on customer requirements, usages, history etc.

The key responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing and new customer base within the prescribed territory. Manage and grow existing customer's basket of products. Manage and grow Bragan product offering by identifying client needs. Managing supply contracts with customers. Exceed sales budget. Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. Report back to management all relevant information (written and verbal). Handle and manage all customer enquiries. Cold calling. Always promote and market Bragan Ingredients in a positive manner.

If you possess...

Must-Have

:

Matric (Grade 12). Marketing qualification or in a related field. Minimum of over 5 years' experience in business-to-business sales environment. Over 5 years' experience in Food industry. Sales experience in Food and beverage will be advantageous. Valid driver's license and own vehicle. Must know the Western Cape province.
