Our client has a position available for a Senior Sales Manager based in KwaZulu Natal.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma.
5 to 10+ years achievement track record in sales at a Senior Sales Management level.
Research, analytical and judgement skills.
Written and verbal communication abilities.

KPAs:

Determine the company's market share in key business segments.
Assess the accuracy of the current client categorization.
Analyze CRM using unbiased feedback on brand, products, pricing, service, and sales.
Conduct a competitor analysis in relation to the foregoing.
Formulate ideas and strategies to address problem areas.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, and feedback from field activity.
Support the development and inspiration of the team
Help with compliance concerns and follow-up.
Assist with sales analysis and reporting.
