Job Description

:
The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing key client accounts, and driving revenue growth across our portfolio of telecommunications solutions. This role requires deep understanding of the telecoms industry and the African market landscape.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the African market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mobile operators, telecom providers, and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Present solutions, including product demonstrations, proposals, and commercial offers, tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of services.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments across the African telecom market.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in sales within the telecommunications or technology sector, preferably with value-added services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the African telecom market and regional client needs.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel across African markets as needed.
