production company, is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our talented team, Sandton
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and building relationships with brands and agencies that would benefit from branded programming.
- Enlightening potential clients on the AFP model, its audience advantages, and strategic ROI.
- Collaborating with creative and production teams to develop dynamic, impactful proposals.
- Presenting and pitching innovative program ideas to senior marketing decision-makers.
- Identifying suitable platforms and channels, underpinned by research and audience data.
- Managing the complete sales process, from prospecting to closing, while maintaining a sustainable, long-term pipeline.
- Developing long-lasting client relations that back future projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of senior-level B2B sales experience, preferably in media, TV, advertising, or events.
- Proven success in securing sophisticated, high-value deals with extended sales cycles.
- Existing relationships with agencies, brand teams, or broadcasters.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Impeccable strategic thinking coupled with strong commercial awareness.
- High-energy, self-motivated, and driven to achieve outstanding results.
- Ability to work efficiently across creative, production, and client teams.
- Passion for storytelling, entertainment, and brand innovation.
What We Offer:
- A base salary ranging between R25,000-R35,000 per month, based on your experience.
