Senior Sales Coordinator required in Midrand, Johannesburg.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator to drive market intelligence, prospecting and lead generation within the built environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Market Research and Strategy: Identify key channels, projects, competitors, and stakeholders.
Maintain a CRM database of decision-makers.
Product and Industry Knowledge: Develop expertise in our product range, industry standards (SANS), and competitor analysis.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Plan and coordinate outreach efforts, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for Specifiers.
Relationship Building: Engage with professionals, understand their needs, and communicate value propositions effectively.
Reporting and CRM Management: Capture interactions, track progress, and provide regular feedback to management.
Growth and Contribution: Align personal development with business impact and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
Requirements:
Education: Matric
Experience: 7-10 years in business development, sales, or technical sales within the built environment.
Skills: Strong research, analytical, and communication skills; CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred); ability to understand technical concepts.
Character Traits: Team player, detail-oriented, patient and proactive in relationship building.
* Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
