We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness.
Duties
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and advertisements Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts Manage digital marketing channels such as email, social media, and e-commerce platforms Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, and content management systems Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail Familiarity with product management and advertising principles Experience in email marketing and e-commerce strategies Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights Passion for driving results through innovative marketing initiatives
