A well-established and dynamic company based in Bryanston, Gauteng, within the interior solutions industry, is seeking a Senior Sales and Design Consultant with a passion for client service and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
• Develop and present creative kitchen and interior design solutions that align with client requirements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Guide clients through the full sales and design process, from concept to final installation.
• Liaise with suppliers and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, products, and materials in the kitchen and interior design industry.
• Prepare accurate quotations and documentation for client approval.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and consistent communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related qualification.
• A passion for customer service and design excellence.
• Solid knowledge of the kitchen industry, including materials and finishes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
• Project management experience is preferable.
• Experience using Winner Design software is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
