Job Summary Purpose of the job Essential administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, events, and daily tasks. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing materials and supporting sales team to achieve company goals. . Minimum qualifications and requirements o Grade 12 o Business Degree or equivalent o At least 7 years relevant experience o Construction industry knowledge o Valid driver's license Core functions o Monthly review and checking of margins on all orders (Nationally). o Provide Monthly Manufacturing Stats of all products sold (Nationally). o Monitoring and managing up to date prospects (Warm, hot & follow-up) and pending orders. o Planning and organisation of customer events, dealing with problematic clients/issues. o Assist with setting pricing on products and pricing/contribution on quotes/tenders which includes checking against customer specifications and terms and conditions. o Management of the marketing budget which includes brand management, strategic advertising, PR's, editorial content, website, events, brochures, and promotional items. o Monthly reporting of stats analysis. o Consolidate information and reporting monthly of activity, offerings/specification o Assisting in negotiating favourable commercial terms on contracts and tenders won o Monthly monitoring of departmental expenses against budget. o Assistance in cash collection on all Sales orders (Nationally).
