We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Retail Manager to lead a flagship store in Strand, Western Cape.

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar senior role in retail.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• A customer-focused approach with the ability to drive sales and build customer relationships.

• Leadership Excellence: Guide, motivate, and manage a diverse team to achieve excellence in customer service, sales, and store operations.
• Strategic Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market share.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Customer Experience: Foster an environment that delivers an outstanding shopping experience and builds brand loyalty.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze store performance, market trends, and consumer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
