Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Restaurant Manager

to oversee day-to-day operations, lead and motivate staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence. Lead, train, and support staff to maintain high service standards. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability. Oversee stock management, ordering, and supplier relations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Resolve customer concerns and maintain exceptional guest satisfaction. Assist with marketing initiatives and event planning where required. Planning and executing events.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years' proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service focus. Relevant qualifications in hospitality management (preferred but not essential).
