We are seeking a experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in January 2024.

Requirements
- Grade 12
Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant- Experience sourcing new clients essential
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection techniques.
Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficient in using MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
Valid drivers license and own transport
