Val de Vie Properties / Cape Winelands Properties is looking to recruit a senior real estate specialist for the exclusive and luxurious Val de Vie Evergreen Retirement Village in Paarl, Western Cape. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advising clients on buying and selling of properties;
• Negotiate agreements between buyers and sellers;
• Conduct property viewings;
• Carry out market appraisals;
• Managing transactions and processes and preparation of documents;
• Advertising properties;
• Managing client relationships;
• Managing partner/team/legal and bond originator relationships;
• Identifying potential clients and properties and convert leads into clients;
• Consistent achievement of set targets and goals.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Real Estate NQF 4 qualification and valid FFC licence (essential);
• Minimum 20 years experience in the real estate sales industry (essential);
• Experience working with luxury brands (essential);
• Experience in retirement developments (desirable).

• Excellent administrative and organisational skills;
• Highly organised and proactive individual who has the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Meticulous attention to detail;
• Fully bi-lingual in English and Afrikaans;
• Valid S.A. code 8 drivers licence.
