Job Description

Responsibilities:

Preparing cost estimates, budgets and bill of quantities Preparing of tender documents and contract documents Pricing and completing of tender documents Searching for additional tender opportunities Critical analysis of tender document (from attending site inspections, calculating quantities & tender specification and requirements prior to pricing). Managing project costs from inception to completion Monitoring and controlling project expenditure Conducting site visits and progress valuations Assessing variations and claims Preparing final accounts and project reports Site costing management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field 7+ years experience in Quantity Surveying Experience in preparation of tender documents Strong knowledge of construction contracts Excellent analytical and numerical skills Proficiency in QS software (MS Projects, Excel, BuildSmart) Valid Driver's License
