Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall Quality function across manufacturing operations
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems in line with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards
Act as the primary quality interface with OEM customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Drive zero-defect initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (8D, A3, FMEA)
Oversee internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits
Manage supplier quality performance, including audits, PPAPs, and corrective actions
Lead quality-related risk management, change management, and product launches
Analyse quality KPIs, cost of poor quality (COPQ), and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Quality team
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
10+ years' experience within the automotive manufacturing industry
Senior-level Quality Management experience in:
OEM environments (Mercedes-Benz, Toyota preferred), or
Tier 1 automotive stamping / component manufacturing
In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and OEM-specific quality standards
Strong understanding of automotive stamping, press shop, and manufacturing processes
Proven experience leading audits, customer interactions, and quality improvement programs
Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary quality teams
