Senior QA Analyst
with strong manual testing expertise and hands-on experience ineCommerce environments
. The ideal candidate will lead the testing lifecycle, ensure high-quality delivery, and work closely with development, product, and business teams to support continuous improvement across digital platforms. Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test cases for eCommerce web and mobile applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Test product catalog, checkout flow, payments, user accounts, order management, and delivery workflows Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Conduct root-cause analysis and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.5+ years of experience as a QA/Tester in software development environments. Strong manual testing experience within
eCommerce or retail digital platforms
(essential). Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficient with test management and defect-tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps). Experience testing APIs (using Postman or similar tools). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Experience in high-volume transaction environments (advantageous).
