This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is experienced, proactive, and thrives in a remote, high-responsibility environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate inspections and maintenance scheduling: Organise lease renewal inspections, dispatch maintenance requests, and follow up with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time. Provide excellent customer service: Respond to inbound calls and emails from tenants, property owners, and vendors. Offer solutions, document interactions, and ensure follow-ups are completed professionally and promptly. Maintain accurate records in AppFolio: Use AppFolio for lease tracking, tenant communications, work order submissions, and documentation management. Use productivity tools to manage communication: Utilise Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive), ChatGPT, RentCheck Inspections, RentEngine CRM, Rentometer, Google Business Listing, and miscellaneous software to streamline daily work and maintain operational clarity. Collaborate with internal staff: Work closely with the on-site Property Management and Maintenance teams and Office Staff to coordinate customer service efforts, delegate tasks when needed, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Contribute to company reputation management: Support initiatives such as Google reviews and surveys, and tenant satisfaction outreach to maintain the company's excellent reputation.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

Proven ability to manage property operations independently: Demonstrates sound judgment, initiative, and expertise in leasing, inspections, customer interactions, and compliance. Independent and accountable work style: Operates with minimal supervision, takes full responsibility for daily tasks, and delivers consistent, high-quality outcomes. Strong sense of ownership and follow-through: Known for taking initiative, solving problems before they arise, and following through on commitments without reminders. Clear and articulate communicator: Capable of handling high volumes of calls and emails professionally, with fluent and easy-to-understand English, especially important for senior clientele. Highly organised and detail-oriented: Keeps all leasing documentation, schedules, and tasks in order with precision and accuracy. Technologically skilled and resourceful: Leverages tools like AppFolio, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive), ChatGPT, RentCheck Inspections, RentEngine CRM, Rentometer, Google Business Listing, and miscellaneous software to streamline daily work and maintain operational clarity. Career-oriented mindset: Looking for a long-term, stable opportunity where your contributions are valued and your role grows over time.

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 3-5 years of property management experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients. Strong working knowledge of AppFolio, Google Workspace, and AI tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, and OpenAI). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional and easily understandable accent. Experience coordinating lease renewals, inspections, maintenance scheduling, and lease enforcement. Independent, self-motivated professional with a track record of managing tasks without supervision. Technologically proficient and comfortable with remote collaboration and documentation tools. Reliable, proactive, and highly organised in managing multiple responsibilities. Ability to interact confidently with tenants, vendors, and property owners across multiple channels.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

As a Senior Property Manager, you will manage property management operations, customer communication, inspections, and maintenance scheduling.
