Job Description

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated team leader to lead a property accounting team. You'll manage a small team of accounting professionals, handle escalations, oversee client reporting, and ensure accurate, high-quality service delivery. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on accounting work.

Note that this is a hybrid role however, working hours are from 12:00 - 20:30, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of property accountants. Prepare monthly reports and ensure client deadlines are met. Resolve escalations and provide excellent client service. Monitor performance and implement process improvements. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar. At least 3 years of property accounting experience. Minimum 3 years of team leadership or management experience. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with AR/AP and financial reporting. Familiarity with MRI PMX property management software (advantageous)

SALARY IS MARKET RELATED AND COMMENSURATE BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
