- End-to-end accounting for income-producing properties
- Budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio reporting
- Lease reviews, recoveries, and reconciliations
- Supporting asset and property management teams
- Proven experience in property or real estate accounting
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Confident, structured, and commercially aware
