5 years relevant experience of which at least 2 years must be at a supervisory level

Civil work, batching plant and related teams
Day to day site maintenance and small projects
Quality Assurance
Plan workflow and manage multiple priorities
Ensure procedures are adhered to.
Application of disciplinary procedure
Management of subordinates, work orders, inspections, and planned maintenance systems
Maintain housekeeping and high safety standards according to company requirements.
Able to work in civil and/or structural role
Read and interpret drawings
Ensure work is executed safely and according to procedures
Compile good quality scope of work
