Our client in the research sector based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ a Senior Projects and Research Manager.

Requirements:

• BCom/ BSc Statistics/ Marketing/ Management Degree or equivalent.
• Valid driversxe2x80x99 license and own reliable transport advantageous.
• 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar, senior role.
• Knowledge of market research practices.
• Automotive industry knowledge advantageous.
• Ability to work with, analyse, interpret, and report on data.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the use of formulae.
• Knowledge of BI reporting tools advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite products.
• Professional approach to report writing, documentation and other written communications.
• Management and monitoring of all phases of a research project.
• Application of Agile principals and ceremonies.
• Active involvement in the management of resources allocated to a project, as well as the prioritization of tasks across multiple teams.
• Analyse and identify key topics, themes, and areas of interest within customer interactions.
• Continuously enhance and optimise processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Understanding of Data and interest in Artificial Intelligence solutions and natural language processing advantageous.

Role:

• Responsible for managing and overseeing high-pressure projects and market research initiatives.
• This position demands exceptional focus, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple research projects and be required to engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timeous and accurate delivery of projects and research insights.
• The ability to work with, interpret and analyse data will form a vital part of your role as you deliver valuable research insights and project enhancements to our clients.
