Reporting directly to the Project Manager on-site and the Administration Manager at head office, the ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely project administration, tender preparation, and quantity surveying activities.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Management:
Coordinate tender meetings, prepare Bills of Quantities, and compile tender submissions with precision and adherence to deadlines.
Project Planning:
Establish project administration systems, facilitate contract signings, and manage project documentation from initiation to completion.
Quantity Surveying:
Accurately calculate price variations, compile monthly claims, manage subcontractor fees, and submit final accounts.Maintain thorough records, handle correspondence, submit extension requests, and compile Operations and Maintenance manuals for project handover.Uphold efficient workspaces, adhere to company systems, and consistently demonstrate professional and ethical conduct.
Qualifications and Skills
Project Administration
Quality Assurance
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
3 years experience in a management role
Experience in tender management, project administration, and quantity surveying in a construction environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet project milestones.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships.
Professionalism, personal credibility, and commitment to ethical standards.
