Our client, a leading name in Banking sector, is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to take ownership of a key portfolio within the Bank Servicing and Operations space. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and operational performance -- managing multiple projects that directly influence compliance, efficiency, and client experience across core banking services.
You'll partner with senior stakeholders, operations teams, and the PMO to ensure alignment with strategic business goals, while driving delivery excellence through effective governance, risk management, and continuous improvement. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value programmes across payments, lending, onboarding, and other essential banking services.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and work streams, within the bank servicing and operations portfolio.
Oversee project governance, risk management, and reporting for all initiatives in the portfolio.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Risk, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution.
Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across core servicing functions.
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
Project Management certification (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile) advantageous.
Experience:
5-8 years' experience in project and portfolio management within bank servicing, operations, or financial services.
Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
Strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory frameworks, and operational controls.
Previous exposure to transformation or process improvement initiatives.
SKILLS:
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Non-Negotiables:
Demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolios within a regulated financial services environment.
Ability to handle pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
