Senior Project Manager-Microsoft D365
Location: Johannesburg / Hybrid
Contract: 8 Months
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for our client based in Rosebank with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to lead and deliver high-impact digital transformation projects across the organisation.
Key Requirement (Essential):
Proven experience managing full-cycle Microsoft D365 implementations
Role Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of D365 programmesensuring successful planning, execution, governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. You will be responsible for driving project outcomes, ensuring delivery excellence, and managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full lifecycle D365 implementation projects
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
Oversee scope management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement
Drive Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery
Track project performance and prepare executive-level reporting
Ensure alignment with organisational strategy and Microsoft D365 best practices
Skills & Experience Required:
Microsoft D365 implementation experience (Essential)
7+ years project management experience, preferably in enterprise environments
Strong experience managing large, complex IT projects
PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications advantageous
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Banking or financial services experience is a plus
