We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the Ghana Transition Project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and enterprise systems, with a proven ability to manage complex transitions involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end transition of IT services and infrastructure for the Ghana office Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration and integration of systems Oversee domain migrations, network configurations, and M365 environment setup Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally in a transition or transformation environment Strong understanding of: Networking principles and infrastructure Microsoft 365 (M365) Domain migrations Company transitions and IT integration Experience with COTS systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) Experience in multinational or cross-border IT projects * Familiarity with ITIL practices.
