Role Pupose:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of significant projects, focusing on budget, timelines, resources, and task management. The role involves clear and timely communication with both internal stakeholders and assigned clients, managing project risks, and ensuring timely resolution, while continuously reporting out on project status.

Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of significant projects, focusing on budget, timelines, resources, and task management. The role involves clear and timely communication with both internal stakeholders and assigned clients, managing project risks, and ensuring timely resolution, while continuously reporting out on project status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Drive initial project delivery tasks including but not limited to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) of medium to complex complexity studies.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with various functional areas to ensure project delivery meets client expectations within budget and serves as the primary contact for customers on assigned projects, ensuring quality communication.
• Risk Management & Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve risks and handle project escalations independently, working with internal and client teams for resolution and escalation as appropriate in a timely manner.
• Process Improvement: Actively involved in activities within the Project Management functional area to streamline our processes, adding value to our business, and meeting client needs.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with Company Procedures in support of client deliverables and responsible for internal project status updates.

Essential Skills:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or equivalent experience, understanding of the SDLC, multitasking abilities, excellent time management, and organizational skills. Solid experience in MS Office Suite and excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Experience: Background in Project Management, preferably within Pharmaceutical, Medical education, or CRO. Experience in clinical trials/pharmaceutical industry/life sciences is desirable.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent is preferred.
