Job Summary
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from concept development through to commissioning.
Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and review engineering documentation, specifications, datasheets, PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment lists.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Act as the main technical contact for clients and stakeholders.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Oversee risk assessments and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Maintain adherence to quality assurance procedures and relevant industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
Pr. Eng or registration in progress with ECSA is advantageous.
Minimum 8 years' experience in project engineering and execution within the process, petrochemical, or related industries.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of process plant design principles and EPC/EPCM environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and relevant engineering software.
