This role focuses on reviewing plans, assessing site conditions, ensuring code compliance, and evaluating the feasibility of proposed projects. The Project Engineer will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that development projects meet all technical, regulatory, and safety standards across multiple jurisdictions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

Key Responsibilities:
Plan Review and Compliance:
Review architectural and engineering plans for compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other jurisdictional requirements.
Provide detailed feedback on design elements, identifying potential issues or non-compliance with codes and regulations.
Ensure that all plans align with
technical standards

Collaborate with project teams to revise designs based on compliance feedback and engineering best practices.
Site Analysis and Feasibility Studies:
Conduct detailed
site analysis
to evaluate development potential and identify technical constraints.
Assess

such as allowable uses, height restrictions, setbacks, and other zoning requirements specific to the site.
Collaborate with the team to conduct
