Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the technical lead for engineering disciplines across multiple projects of medium complexity.

• Provide comprehensive support across design, testing, commissioning, and documentation phases.

• Take ownership of project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and ensure timely, compliant delivery.

• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to align technical requirements and ensure seamless execution.

• Proactively contribute to risk assessments, quality assurance, and process improvements.

Requirements
Your Profile: What You Bring

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

• At least 4 years of experience with High Power Rectifier (HPR) systems or similar high-voltage industrial electrical systems.

• Solid understanding of electrical theory, preferably with exposure to aluminum potline rectifiers, DC drives, DC arc furnaces, and transformers.

• Strong design and analytical thinking capabilities.

• A committed, professional attitude with a solutions-driven mindset.
