Management of Localization & Maintenance Spares:

Capex Purchases and control & tracking:

Liaise with maintenance and facility engineers to review equipment specifications
Payment terms & costings

New project involvement:

Sourcing of raw material and components.
Coordinate supplier PPAP documentation
Ensure availability of sample/trial materials
Work with internal departments to identify technical requirements for materials & components and communicate with suppliers

Management of New Supplier loading and maintenance:

Responsible for internal and Customer audits through the company Rating system

Manage and distribute Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Material Product Data Sheet
(MPDS) information internally

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Purchasing or relevant field
Supervisory experience 2+ years
Two Three years relevant experience
Syspro Experience is advantageous
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multi-task is compulsory
Attention to detail and Accuracy is essential
