Job Description

We're seeking an experienced

Programme Manager

to lead a

network security programme

across multiple markets. This role involves delivering initiatives across six key workstreams, driving cyber security strategy, and engaging senior stakeholders to ensure risk management, compliance, and collaboration across regions.

Location: Johannesburg | Hybrid
Contract role | Mid-Senior Level

What we're looking for:

Degree in IT, Cyber Security, or related field
10-12 years' experience in cyber & network security (5+ in leadership/programme management)
Strong knowledge of Enterprise/IP Networks, risk management & programme governance
Familiarity with frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls
Proven track record managing multi-country/enterprise security programmes
Excellent stakeholder engagement & reporting skills
Ability to lead teams and manage dependencies across markets

Pay: R650,00 - R700,00 per hour
