Relevant B Degree preferably in Civil Engineering,

Architecture, Construction, Project Management or related



degree



8 years relevant experience required Computer literacy Valid code EB driver's licence.

Key Performance Areas



Establish a programme management unit to assist the Executive

Director's Office to:

Monitor the progress of multiple projects within the Directorate. Design tools and systems for high level planning focusing on the

Directorate pipeline and implementation readiness.



Design systems for monitoring performance on financial and

non-financial indicators.



Engage line departments to develop implementation ready

business plans transversal resources readiness focusing on



pipeline development and design for MTREF readiness.



Collaborate with Human Settlements planning to ensure synergy

between the need and demand with the city's strategic plans



such as MSDF, HSS, ISS, SMF, emergency areas etc..
