Requirements



A relevant First Degree / BTech in Property Management or Law Five (5) years relevant experience (See KPA's) A valid driver's licence. Computer Proficiency

Key Performance Areas



Investigating and processing lease applications for the region. Drafting/Vetting of reports and memos to be submitted for approval

by the Sub councils, IPAC committee, Full Council or Director



Property Transactions.



Concluding lease, drafting lease agreements, negotiating terms

and conditions of agreements, concluding agreements, contract



management and administration.



Instituting appropriate quality control measures, supervision and

management of leasing staff.



Approving submissions for capturing of lease-out agreements on

SAP Real Estate Module and approve Property Transaction



Management System workflow items.



Providing property related information and advice to relevant

stakeholders.



Participating in Branch workflow and feedback meetings.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO THE ROLE:

Must be available to be called upon in case of emergencies. Must be capable of performing field work.
