Key Performance Areas



Executes the application of functional procedures, systems and

controls associated with key performance areas with respect to



service delivery.



Controls the implementation of the department's business plan and

operational outcomes within the assigned area.



Monitoring and ensuring correct and consistent utilisation of the

Informal Trading Permit System (ITPS) by all staff in the assigned area



Ensuring implementation of the informal trading Standard Operating

Procedures.



Monitoring the drafting, reviewing and implementing of informal

trading plans in accordance with the provisions of the Informal



Trading Policy and introduced to By-Law and standard operating



procedures.



Participating in the drafting informal trading policy, Bylaw

development processes etc.



Applying the organisational and directorate Project, Supply Chain

Management and Contract Management operating, governance,



monitoring and reporting systems.



Controls outcomes associated with the utilization, productivity and

performance of personnel in the area.



Management, maintenance and control of all fixed and movable

assets within the assigned area.



Oversee the liaison with all relevant stakeholders within the assigned

area.



Provision of general administrative duties within the assigned area.
