Senior Production Manager
Job Description
Job Summary Key Performance Areas
Lead and coach the factory management team and employees.
Supervise the product release process to ensure only passed products are dispatched.
Ensure that Products are produced in accordance with specification and quality standards
Implement best practice to achieve improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Efficiency.
Inventory Management of raw material and finished goods stock in Departments.
Make decisions that balance immediate production needs with long-term business goals, minimizing risks.
Requirements
Qualification in Production Management or Business Management or equivalent.
Industrial or Mechanical engineering qualification advantageous
Computer literacy
