Key Responsibilities

• Champion transformation goals by actively participating in cultural initiatives.
• Contribute to corporate responsibility and sustainability efforts, including our Green Strategy.
• Continuously improve business systems and processes, identifying opportunities for enhanced client value.
• Design and evolve product offerings based on client insights, research, and competitive intelligence.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance, risk, and legal governance standards.
• Solve complex problems through structured thinking and agile approaches.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure delivery within timelines and resource efficiency.
• Drive Non-Interest Revenue (NIR) and Net Interest Income (NII) with robust business case input.
• Champion innovation that reduces costs and maximizes client satisfaction.
• Serve as the central contact for stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Align product solutions with evolving business needs and client expectations.
• Build and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships to accelerate goal delivery.

Share market trends and insights that inform strategic decisions. * Lead the way in embedding enhanced processes across the enterprise.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology or Engineering
• 5-10 years in product or service development
• Relevant industry certifications

Preferred:

• Postgraduate qualifications
