Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Cape Town.This is an initial 12-month hybrid contract - onsite 3 times a week.The Senior Process Engineerxe2x80x99s role is to work with business and projects to identify areas where business processes and performance can be developed or improved. The aim is to apply business process principals in the analysis of As Is business operations and the creation of the To Be business operating models and business process artefacts.Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in the following: Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology is essential

Essential Certifications:

• CBPP, Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black Belt, and BPMN / UML.
• Added advantage xe2x80x93 TOGAF, EA Sparx, FTI, Post grad diploma
• Agile Certification

Preferred Qualification:

• Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA)
• Business Analysis Certification (FTI)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• OMG Certified Expert in Business Process Modelling (OCEB 2)
• Business Process Management Certificate
• Presentation Course

Minimum Experience Level:

• 5 Years + experience as a Process Engineering working in an Agile environment Modelling- BPMN/EPC/UML
