Senior Plant Manager
Job Description
Job Summary Knowledge / Education Requirement: o Matric Certificate/ Grade 12 (with Mathematics and Science) o Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering Degree or BTech Extraction Metallurgy or similar o Postgraduate qualification would be advantageous Experience and other Requirements: o Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience on metallurgical plants and projects, with at least 5 years in supervisory / management position; o PGM flotation and chrome recovery plant experience; o Good computer literacy (MS Office), administration and housekeeping skills are essential; o Valid medical fitness certificate - Fit for movement in plants; o Code 8 driver's license and own transport; o Team player, self-managed, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual; o A natural leader with good communication skills; o Prepared to be on standby 24 hours; o Establish and maintain existing systems as and when necessary; o Ability to handle dual corporate reporting (JV Partners).
