Senior Planner
Job Description
RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Senior Planner to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving timelines, managing design processes, coordinating orders, overseeing production, and ensuring seamless shipment operations.
Responsibilities:
Drive timelines and ensure efficient workflow from design to shipment.
Oversee the placement and tracking of all orders.
Ensure samples arrive on time and are processed quickly.
Communicate effectively with designers, suppliers, and customers.
Consolidate orders and integrate systems using Excel.
Use formulas to manage and analyze data efficiently.
Work with design programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
Check briefs, send QA comments, and upload required information onto BrandComply.
Requirements:
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data consolidation, system integration).
Experience with design software (Illustrator, Photoshop).
Sharp attention to detail for quality assurance and process accuracy.
