Job Description
My client is looking for a skilled Senior Planner to drive merchandise, stock and OTB planning across brands, genders, and locations. This role requires strong analytical ability, commercial insight and Excel expertise to optimize stock, sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage seasonal and in-season merchandise/OTB plans.
- Forecast demand, monitor sales, margins, and inventory.
- Manage allocations, replenishments, markdowns, and re-orders.
- Conduct store, size curve, and category analysis to maximize performance.
- Partner with buyers and supply chain to align plans with financial and customer needs.
- Lead reporting and insights on performance and opportunities.
Qualifications: Relevant Degree/Diploma.
Experience: 4+ years experience in fully-fledged Retail Planning.
Additional: o Self-starter with strong analytical and Excel skills. o Proven planning/merchandising experience in retail. o Commercial thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving ability. o Team player who can lead, motivate, and work cross-functionally. o Organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable.
