What You'll Need to Succeed

Experience:

Minimum of 8-10 years of professional PHP development

Education

: Degree in Computer Science or related field (advantageous)

Languages:

Proficient in

English and Afrikaans

Key Technical Skills

Backend: PHP 7+, Laravel, Livewire, MySQL

Frontend: JavaScript (Alpine, Vue.js, jQuery), HTML/CSS

Testing & Tools: PHP Unit, Git, version control, profiling

Architecture: Strong understanding of OOP, MVC (beyond CRUD), full-stack systems, and maintainable code design
