Senior Phase English Teacher (grade 7-9).

This is an Independent School in Tsomo, Eastern Cape. The individual must have extensive knowledge of and experience in teaching and strong classroom management skills. Applicants must include a fully detailed CV and all the qualifications. The candidate will be part of a team of dedicated staff that prioritises the holistic growth of each child through Christian ethics and morals, with quality sound teaching, and through a variety of co and extra curricular activities.

This is a school that is rooted in its community and it's development at heart through education. The successful candidate will be a member of this team.

Candidates should:

- Have Extensive knowledge of CAPS

- A passion for children and developing young minds

- Have experience teaching English Home Language in various grades within the phase

- Knowledge and experience in teaching ICT (and coding and robotics) subject as an added advantage

- Be Fluent in English

- Have SACE/SAQA permits and other qualifications

- have great classroom management skills

- Have experience in managing sports, music or any other co-curricular activities or clubs

The candidate should also possess the following qualities:

- Professionalism and integrity before all stakeholders

- Be driven and innovative in teaching and management

- Be prepared to work under pressure

- Be a good team player willing to go the extra mile

- Be able to work under minimum supervision - be an Independent person
