About the Role
Our client is looking to appoint a highly experienced Senior Personal Assistant to provide top-tier support in both professional and personal capacities. If you are a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment, this job is for you.
This is a flexibility opportunity, however on-site close to Claremont.
The client will consider half-day or 3 full days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Executive diary and calendar management, ensuring optimal time use
Planning and coordinating travel, including international itineraries
Handling high-level correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism and discretion
Managing personal and business appointments, events, and engagements
Preparing reports, briefings, presentations, and confidential documents
Acting as gatekeeper and liaison with senior stakeholders, clients, and household staff
Overseeing projects and ensuring deadlines are met
Anticipating needs and taking initiative to resolve issues proactively
Managing budgets, expenses, and occasional procurement or vendor relationships
Experience
Proven experience as a Senior PA * Willing to travel if required
