Job purpose:
To manage employee data, ensure the accuracy of timesheets, compute salaries, and ensure that employees are paid correctly and on time. To oversee the payroll department as and when required.
Key Accountable Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of payroll documentation, processing of new employees, terminations, inter-branch transfers, earnings, deductions, and company contributions daily
.
Assist the Payroll Executive with checking and updating reports to ensure that all changes and processes have been captured every month
.
Generate and reconcile Payroll reports every month.
Monitor and supervise payroll administrators to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
Competency and qualification requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HRM (added advantage)
3 years' experience in Payroll Administration
3 years' experience working with Sage 300 People
3 years' experience managing a team (added advantage)
* Professional Certificate in Payroll Taxes and Administration (added advantage)
