Stunning Beachfront Hotel is looking for a SENIOR PASTRY CHEF to join their teamPOSITION INFO:
Candidate requirements;
- Must have at least three years in a similar position
- Must have an outstanding Pastry Portfolio
- Must have a full understanding of kitchen procedure
- The ability to design a menu is essential
- Great knowledge of different dietary requirements
- Must have the ability to train and oversee staff
- Must be extremely passionate about the job!
- Solid understanding of hygiene and associated protocols
- Must be very well-presented and well-groomed
- Brilliant communication skills both written and spoken
- Must be positive and motivated
- Excellent stamina and willingness to go above and beyond
- Must have genuine love for guest delight
